Sales Development (SDR) Assistant

About the role

The Sales Development (SDR) Assistant supports the Africa Manager in daily sales activities across African markets. This coordination role focuses on organizing prospect data, assisting communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate CRM records to enable efficient sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Africa Manager, follow priorities, and provide regular updates on pending actions.
• Research schools and potential partners, collect background information, and keep prospect lists up‑to‑date.
• Assist with email, LinkedIn, and reminder communications using provided templates.
• Schedule and confirm meetings, prepare prospect information, and organize meeting notes and next steps.
• Update contacts, notes, stages, and follow‑up dates in the CRM and help prepare simple sales reports.

Required profile

• Entry‑level to 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, customer service, business development support, or marketing.
• Strong organizational skills to manage contact lists, meetings, reminders, and follow‑ups consistently.
• Professional business English; French and Arabic are highly valuable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Africa Manager and international teams.
