Sales Development Representative (Mid‑Senior Level)

About the role

DXHero is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join its fully remote sales team. You will work on EMEA business hours, engaging enterprise prospects and helping them adopt Datadog licenses and DXHero professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refresh daily prospect lists that match the ideal customer profile, focusing on companies that can benefit from observability and AI adoption.
• Execute a 6‑8 touch multi‑channel outreach cadence (cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn InMails) to communicate the value proposition.
• Qualify inbound leads using BANT/MEDDIC criteria and schedule discovery calls.
• Conduct short discovery calls, capture pain points and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives or Solution Architects.
• Maintain accurate activity data in Salesforce or HubSpot and report weekly on conversion metrics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven B2B SaaS or IT‑consulting SDR/BDR experience, with exposure to enterprise sales cycles.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work independently during EMEA business hours.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable owning KPIs and refining workflows based on metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
• Experience using sales‑engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo.
• Working knowledge of Datadog’s core use cases and basic product features.
