Sales Assistant – On‑site Contract Role

About the role

ANOHA Consulting Services is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join its on‑site team in Sousse on a contract basis. You will work closely with the sales department, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the sales team, including data entry and record keeping.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Assist with client communication to deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Track sales metrics, compile data, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate with other departments, and support internal logistics.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and strategies.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Sales experience focused on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment.
• Experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
