Sales And Marketing Specialist

About the role

This full‑time position is based in Tunis with a hybrid work model, allowing part of the week to be performed remotely. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will drive new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support the end‑to‑end sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify sales opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
• Prepare and present proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Coordinate marketing activities, track campaign performance, and analyse results.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools, and generate sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and provide product training.
• Follow up consistently to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to promotional strategy development.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proven ability to build trust.
• Demonstrated sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation and closing deals.
• Experience in training or sales management, coaching team members and driving performance improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing time and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in French and/or English; Arabic is a plus.
