Sales Administration & Customer Service Executive

About the role

MM Board North Africa in Tunis is looking for a Sales Administration and Customer Service Executive to connect its European mills, customers in North Africa and the headquarters in Vienna. The role manages customer orders end to end and coordinates with the local sales team, the mills and the customer service hubs in Austria, Finland and Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from confirmation through production and shipment to final delivery, ensuring reliable follow-up
• Coordinate with the local sales team, the European mills, the customer service hubs in Austria, Finland and Poland, and customers across North Africa
• Respond to customer requests, give clear updates and spot potential issues early to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Support the Sales Directors with offers, customer follow-ups, reporting, agenda management and travel coordination
• Coordinate the day-to-day needs of the Tunis office and support the monthly accounting process

Required profile

• Ideally a university degree and experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in order management, sales administration or customer follow-up
• Knowledge of international trade or maritime freight, including Incoterms or shipping documentation, or familiarity with comparable international order processes
• Fluent English (C1+) and French; Arabic or another language is an advantage
• Independent, well organised, takes ownership of results and keeps multiple orders, stakeholders and deadlines accurate

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Ideal: experience with an ERP system such as SAP
