RPA Developer – UiPath & Power Automate

About the role

LEONI is looking for an experienced RPA Developer to design, build and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. You will work in a global, cross‑functional team supporting the automotive wiring and data‑management business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy reusable automation frameworks (e.g., REFramework) and unattended bots.
• Integrate automation with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
• Analyze current (AS‑IS) and future (TO‑BE) business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide consulting on feasibility, effort estimation and best‑practice governance.
• Maintain documentation, code quality standards and perform peer reviews.
• Identify improvement opportunities, explore AI integrations and stay updated on RPA trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on RPA experience.
• Strong expertise in UiPath and solid experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proven ability to integrate solutions with APIs and databases.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
