RPA Analyst/Developer (Relocation to Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RPA Analyst/Developer to join our technology consulting team in Portugal. This position offers the chance to work on diverse automation projects across multiple countries while benefiting from a supportive environment focused on professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex RPA workflows using UiPath.
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs, web services, databases, and Excel.
• Create detailed technical specifications aligned with business requirements.
• Debug, test, monitor, and optimize bots, including log analysis and performance reporting.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Jenkins across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business or a related field (considered an asset).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on RPA development experience, preferably with UiPath.
• Strong understanding of RPA frameworks, reusable components, exception handling, scalability, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
