About the role
Murex is seeking junior consultants to join its Client Services EMEA ERM domain in Tunis. The role supports European clients on production, upgrade, and implementation projects, focusing on credit risk and risk control.
Key responsibilities
- Provide client support by following up and resolving open cases.
- Contribute to upgrade, migration, or implementation projects as a stream member and attend client workshops.
- Manage defect correction, product enhancements, and internal product evolution streams.
- Deliver training to Murex staff or clients and assist on‑site when required.
Required profile
- Graduate (master’s degree) in engineering, finance, or mathematics with a focus on financial markets.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent client‑facing communication skills and fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Unix.
- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, Sybase) or similar.
