Retail Relationship Manager

About the role

The Retail Relationship Manager will manage and develop a portfolio of individual and professional customers, ensuring high quality service, profitability and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of about 800 clients, promoting banking products and services.
• Conduct regular client visits, acquire new customers through sponsorship, and increase the share of entrusted flows.
• Monitor frozen debtor and dormant creditor accounts and document actions.
• Ensure compliance with loan granting rules, renew operating credit for professionals, and support collection of non‑performing loans.
• Handle administrative tasks such as opening accounts, processing bank cards, term deposits, and maintaining accurate client data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar (BAC+3 or higher).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar banking role.
• Strong organization, communication, business sense and risk awareness.

Required skills

• Perfect knowledge of bank products and services.
• Familiarity with the banking sector and its regulations.
