Retail Relationship Manager – Individual & Professional Clients

About the role

The Retail Relationship Manager will manage and develop a portfolio of individual and professional customers, ensuring high service quality, profitability, and risk compliance. You will be responsible for around 800 clients, driving product uptake and deepening relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose the portfolio and create an annual commercial action plan.
• Achieve individual business targets and grow the share of entrusted cash flows.
• Promote banking products and services to both private and professional clients.
• Conduct regular client visits and use sponsorship methods to acquire new customers.
• Monitor frozen debtor and dormant creditor accounts and maintain related documentation.
• Ensure loan approval compliance, renew operating credits, and support NPL recovery in coordination with the recovery unit.
• Apply internal bank procedures for all operations and report any anomalies.
• Handle account opening documentation, bank card creation, term deposit processing, and data updates in the core banking system.
• Serve as backup for the CSO when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar banking role.
• Strong organizational, communication, business sense, and risk awareness.
