Responsable Site PFT

About the role

AZIZA, a leading retail group in Tunisia, is seeking a Site Manager (PFT) to lead the industrial operations of its Ben Arous facility. The role involves defining the site’s industrial strategy, driving performance, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the site’s industrial strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to meet performance targets.
• Optimize production costs, productivity, yields and service levels.
• Oversee production, maintenance and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Ensure food safety, QHSE compliance and reliable stock management.
• Drive investment, optimisation and industrial development projects.
• Monitor industrial KPIs (OEE, productivity, material yield, production cost, service rate) and execute corrective action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Industrial Engineering, Production, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar site‑management role.
• Proven experience in team management and industrial site operations.
• Strong analytical mindset, result‑orientation and excellent communication skills.
