Rejoignez SOTUCHOC, leader national de l’agroalimentaire, en tant que Responsable RH Junior sur notre site de Naassen. Vous contribuerez à la gestion du personnel et à l’amélioration continue des processus RH.
Missions principales
- Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel.
- Participer au respect et à l’amélioration des procédures RH.
Profil recherché
- Diplôme Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, gestion ou équivalent.
- Expérience minimale de 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Rigueur, organisation, discrétion et bonnes compétences en communication.
