About the role

The company, an integrated poultry group, is expanding its industrial organization and seeks a Production Manager for its wood‑chips plant. Reporting to the Technical Direction, you will oversee the entire production chain from raw material receipt to finished‑product packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the plant’s production process, ensuring volume, quality, productivity, cost, equipment availability and safety targets are met.
• Manage raw material handling, monitor yields and optimize material usage.
• Guarantee product quality and compliance with established standards.
• Supervise equipment operation, availability and maintenance.
• Lead, motivate and develop the production team.
• Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement of industrial performance (productivity, costs, availability).
• Optimize material yield and equipment productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in industrial engineering, process engineering, mechanical or electromechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing an industrial unit, with proven production and team‑leadership skills.
• Experience in wood processing, raw‑material transformation, agro‑food or process industries is a plus.
• Strong command of production monitoring and yield‑tracking tools.
• Leadership, hands‑on attitude and ability to animate a production team.
• Rigorous, reactive and oriented toward continuous improvement.
• Good written and oral communication in French; Arabic or English are a plus.
