Responsable Production – Industrie agroalimentaire

About the role

The company ALIFORT, a subsidiary of Rose Blanche Group, is looking for a Production Manager to lead its livestock feed manufacturing site in Soliman, Nabeul. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and quality‑focused production while meeting budgetary targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and drive daily production activities based on available human, material, and financial resources.
• Maintain continuous product flow from raw material receipt to finished‑goods shipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives for performance and safety.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance of production equipment.
• Manage incidents, develop preventive actions, and coordinate with external service providers.
• Lead and develop production teams, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report results to senior management.
• Organize training and awareness sessions for staff.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical or related field.
• Strong knowledge of production techniques and equipment.
• Experience with production management software (GPAO).
• Familiarity with QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) standards.
• Proficiency in standard office IT tools.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
