About the role

The University of Tunis Carthage is seeking a full‑time Organizational Performance Manager to design, implement and monitor performance management frameworks that support its strategic and operational objectives. Based on the Tunis campus, the role will work closely with academic and administrative units to drive data‑informed improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with university goals.
• Analyse performance data, prepare regular reports for senior leadership, and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate training and capacity‑building programmes to enhance performance awareness across departments.
• Collaborate with units to optimise processes, resource allocation and budgeting activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure alignment on performance targets and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience in performance management, KPI definition and tracking.
• Background in designing and delivering training or capacity‑building programmes.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource planning processes.
• Relevant university degree in management, business administration, engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in higher education or complex institutional environments is advantageous.
