About the role
The Warehouse Manager will oversee the flow of raw materials, packaging items and finished products in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role ensures traceability, regulatory compliance and logistical efficiency to support the production of generic medicines.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise receipt, storage and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
- Guarantee GMP, ISO, FDA and EMA compliance for all warehouse activities.
- Implement digital tools to optimise material flows and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with production, quality and purchasing to secure material availability.
- Lead and develop a team of storekeepers and technicians.
- Deploy CMMS, ERP and barcode/RFID solutions for intelligent stock management.
Required profile
- Degree in logistics, industrial management or equivalent.
- 5‑7 years of experience managing warehouses or logistics in pharma or food industry.
- Fluent French and professional English.
Required skills
- ERP systems (SAP, Sage X3, Oracle, etc.).
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) and digital logistics tools.
- GMP/BPF compliance knowledge.
- RFID/barcode inventory tracking.
- Supply‑chain KPI analysis.
- HSE standards and import/export regulations.
