About the role
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our wood products manufacturing plant located in the Oued Chaâbouni industrial zone of Sfax. The role focuses on ensuring daily production runs smoothly while meeting quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities.
- Lead and coach manufacturing teams to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor and enforce quality, productivity, and safety objectives.
- Identify process improvements, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments to ensure seamless plant operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing production in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of process optimization.
