Responsable de point de vente – Bizerte

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of our boutique in Bizerte, ensuring an excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets. Reporting to senior management, the role combines team leadership, inventory control, and administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Set individualized objectives for sales staff and monitor performance.
• Organize regular team meetings, including monthly briefings and opening briefs, to communicate updates and goals.
• Supervise all store activities in line with company policies and ensure compliance.
• Define and pursue sales targets, tracking progress against them.
• Develop and maintain a customer database, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Plan and execute regular inventory counts, reconcile stock discrepancies, and manage orders.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and cash management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years proven experience managing a retail point of sale, preferably in cosmetics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of makeup artists and sales associates.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet sales objectives.
