Responsable Commercial(e) – Automatisme et Informatique Industrielle

About the role

Integration Objects is seeking a Commercial Manager to grow its industrial client portfolio and promote advanced automation and industrial IT solutions. The role combines business development, solution selling and long‑term relationship management within the automation, energy and AI‑driven decision‑support markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and retain a portfolio of industrial customers while prospecting new business opportunities.
• Present and sell high‑value solutions such as process automation, energy management, real‑time production supervision (OEE/TRS), predictive maintenance and AI‑based decision support.
• Analyse client needs and work with the engineering department to design tailored technical proposals.
• Prepare, negotiate and close commercial offers, managing pricing and contractual terms.
• Oversee order processing, project execution and client invoicing, fostering durable relationships with customers and partners.
• Conduct market and competitor monitoring and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in automation, industrial electricity or a related field, or a higher‑education degree in commerce.
• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within industry.
• Value‑creation sales approach with a focus on market development and partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication and result‑orientation skills.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of the automation market is a plus.
