About the role

Med Oil Company is seeking a Method Office Manager to coordinate work orders, service requests and purchase requests while closely monitoring energy consumption and boiler water‑treatment product usage. The role combines operational oversight with reporting responsibilities to ensure efficient plant performance.

Key responsibilities

Manage work orders, service requests and purchase requests.
Monitor energy consumption and the consumption of boiler water‑treatment products.
Communicate and follow up purchase requests with the purchasing department.
Track external maintenance service requests with the supply department.
Prepare the operating account and related dashboard.
Produce daily energy consumption reports and monitor boiler plant performance.
Ensure round‑check control of the vehicle fleet status.

Required profile

Dynamic, organized and rigorous individual.
Engineer degree in electromechanical engineering.
