About the role

We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our growing team in Sousse, Tunisia. The role involves supporting clients and tour operators by managing accommodation bookings and related services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Manage bookings, notifications and client requests.
Control limited quotas and stop sales when necessary.
Follow up daily bookings, production reports and related administrative tasks.
Provide telephone and email assistance to clients and tour operators.

Required profile

High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
Relevant tourism studies are advantageous.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar reservation or booking role.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
