About the role

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Commercial Representative focused on optical lenses to drive revenue growth in the Tunis market. You will manage a large portfolio of optician clients, identify their needs, and guide them toward the most suitable vision‑care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, develop and retain new optician customers within the assigned territory.
• Increase EssilorLuxottica’s market share through upselling and cross‑selling strategies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for volume, revenue and product mix.
• Execute product launches, promotions and in‑store activations with flawless execution.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with opticians and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide tailored recommendations.
• Act as a brand ambassador and relay customer feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the eyewear or optical sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across functions.
