About the role

Join a global team as a Remote French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
