About the role

DRÄXLMAIER is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for white‑collar and regional positions. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while delivering high‑complexity hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer and onboarding.
• Source, engage, and build pipelines for niche, senior, and business‑critical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and align requirements with business needs.
• Conduct interviews, assess skills, and provide structured feedback for decision‑making.
• Perform market and salary analyses to inform recruitment approaches.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs.
• Represent DRÄXLMAIER at job fairs, recruitment events, and employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably handling complex or specialized positions.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS systems.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
