Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Quant Dev is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its global Recruiting & Talent Development team. You will support the end‑to‑end hiring process, manage candidate data, and help deliver a seamless interview experience for a fast‑growing quantitative finance firm.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events and campus outreach.
• Respond promptly to internal and external recruiting inquiries.
• Analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and provide insights to support hiring strategies.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruiting, including monitoring the recruiting inbox and managing candidate pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, agency staffing, or related administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through independently.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
