About the role

We are seeking a Recruiter / HR Specialist to support an international call‑center project in the beauty and cosmetics sector. The position is based in La Marsa, Tunisia, and focuses on high‑volume hiring for call‑center agents.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming applications and manage candidate pipelines.
• Source candidates through local channels and job platforms.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess communication skills, motivation, and language proficiency.
• Coordinate candidates through all recruitment stages, from initial contact to final offer.
• Maintain recruitment funnels, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with team leads and hiring managers to align hiring needs.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Tunisian labour market, especially for call‑center roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
