Quality Systems Specialist

About the role

LEONI, a global supplier of complex wiring systems and customer-specific cable harnesses for the automotive industry, is looking for a Quality Systems specialist in its facility in Zaghouan. The role covers the deployment of the Integrated Management System (IMS) at facility level, coordination of quality training and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the deployment of the Integrated Management System (IMS) at facility level and approve the need for translation when necessary
• Secure the development of local standards where needed
• Coordinate, train and coach the plant facility organisation on quality standards and tools
• Manage facility management reviews by collecting inputs and communicating the results of the management review meetings
• Ensure plant systems comply with customer-specific requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and local regulations
• Coordinate and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits
• Lead the preparation of internal and external audits within the production facility

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field
• At least 1 year of experience in operation quality, quality customer interface or quality projects
