Quality Process/Product Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Process/Product Supervisor ensures that all products meet the required specifications by coordinating control plans, monitoring process parameters, and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing line. This role is essential for maintaining product conformity in an automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and apply control plans, instructions, and methods to guarantee product conformity.
• Perform audits, test and verification sampling, and analyze results according to predefined frequencies.
• Identify, isolate, and manage non‑conforming semi‑finished and finished goods.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses for non‑conformities and rework, and implement containment and corrective actions.
• Oversee daily process control, audit activities, and deviation management.
• Monitor shift product control reports and ensure test equipment is maintained under 5S standards.
• Plan, communicate, and review Quality KPIs, defining continuous‑improvement projects to meet departmental objectives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (mechanical, industrial, or related).
• 2‑5 years of experience as a Quality Supervisor in the automotive sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
