About the role
The Quality Manager will lead ZIHET's Quality Department in Tunisia, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and driving the achievement of quality objectives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all quality activities, including incoming quality, laboratory, metrology, process control and final quality control.
- Manage internal and external quality KPIs, departmental budget, and conduct internal and external audits.
- Support new product design reviews, FMEA sessions, and approve customer‑specific control plans.
- Investigate non‑conformities, implement corrective actions, and block non‑conforming lots when necessary.
- Coach, motivate and develop the quality team in collaboration with HR and management.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a quality department in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate with group headquarters and subsidiaries.
