Quality Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to lead customer‑focused quality initiatives within our automotive production environment. The role ensures compliance with customer requirements, drives continuous improvement and supports the shop‑floor quality surveillance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with customers, monitor Voice of the Customer (VOC) and manage proactive issue resolution.
• Lead problem‑solving activities, coordinate cross‑functional corrective actions and produce 8D reports.
• Participate in APQP phase reviews, product launches, System Release meetings and Process FMEA studies.
• Develop, implement and ensure compliance with Control Plans, PPAP documentation and work instructions.
• Monitor quality performance indicators, analyse trends and drive Kaizen projects.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Experience in quality management within the automotive sector.
• Team‑management capabilities and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills.
