Quality Coordinator

About the role

Lear is launching its second plant in Bizerte, Tunisia, within the Thermal Comfort Systems division. The Quality Coordinator will support and monitor quality processes in an automotive production environment, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing processes meet defined quality standards.
• Supervise product and material quality, and verify implementation of customer requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and prepare 8D reports using 5‑Why and Ishikawa analysis.
• Manage part approval (PPAP) according to VDA2 and AIAG norms.
• Report and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive quality environments, familiar with IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
• Ability to work closely with production, engineering, and customer teams.
• Strong documentation and audit support skills.

Required skills

• Core Tools: APQP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP.
• 8D problem‑solving methodology.
• Knowledge of VDA2, AIAG, and IATF 16949 requirements.
