Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Control Supervisor will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control systems for Enovis medical technology products. This role ensures that all finished products meet stringent government, company, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control activities and systems.
• Oversee creation and application of standards, methods, and procedures for product inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Develop and monitor the quality control budget, tracking expenditures.
• Recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Ensure finished products conform to regulatory and company standards, adhering to GMP regulations.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to maintain efficient operation of the function.
• Direct semi‑skilled employees on assigned tasks, providing guidance and oversight.

Required profile

• Experience supervising semi‑skilled staff in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems.
• Knowledge of government and company quality standards, including GMP.
• Capability to manage a budget and monitor expenditures.
• Strong decision‑making skills for recommending corrective actions.
