Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that our production processes meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The role involves implementing quality controls, supervising inspections, and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing line, particularly within the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute quality controls throughout production.
• Supervise the application of control plans and inspection instructions.
• Conduct risk analysis for quality issues affecting customer deliveries.
• Support analysis of non‑conforming parts and verify machine capability for production.
• Handle customer complaints, perform defect analysis, and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor rework operations and additional inspections on production lines.
• Oversee final quality assurance and in‑process inspections, deciding on batch acceptance or rejection.
• Participate actively in FMEA (AMDEC) meetings.
• Contribute to quality performance objectives such as FTF, scrap, and 0‑Km ppm.
• Share relevant quality information with other departments and support problem‑solving teams.
• Ensure compliance with company manuals and conduct training sessions for personnel.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics or related).
• 2‑3 years proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Effective communication across teams and with external stakeholders.
