About the role
The QHSE Assistant supports the QHSE Manager in administrative, operational and coordination tasks related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of the QHSE management system.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complete administrative files and communicate with internal and external partners.
- Update QHSE documentation, organize trainings and certifications across multiple countries.
- Handle procurement, stock management of PPE and work clothing, ensuring availability.
- Support internal and group audits, risk assessments for chemicals, and incident/accident analysis.
- Maintain calibration of multi‑gas detectors and ensure safety equipment compliance.
- Prepare QHSE reporting, sustainability indicators and support management reviews.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multi‑country activities.
- Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction and training delivery.
Required skills
- Experience with QHSE documentation and audit processes.
- Knowledge of chemical risk assessment and safety regulations.
