Prospection Team Leader

About the role

Ozeol is seeking a Prospection Team Leader to guide and develop a group of Prospectors who drive B2B product acquisition worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring the team meets both qualitative and quantitative targets while aligning with the company’s procurement strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Prospectors to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, set objectives and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement procedures and operational deadlines.
• Maintain accurate data in the information system and track daily activities.
• Manage and optimise the team’s portfolio, monitoring quality and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Dynamic, results‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with business or CRM tools.
