Property Acquisition Executive

About the role

Hostme is seeking a motivated Property Acquisition Executive to expand its property portfolio across Tunisia. You will act as the primary liaison between property owners and the platform, driving growth by onboarding new listings and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact owners of houses, apartments, and villas.
• Present Hostme’s value proposition and explain platform benefits.
• Convince owners to list their properties on Hostme.
• Support owners throughout the onboarding and listing process.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with property owners and strategic partners.
• Follow up on leads and manage interested owners.
• Contribute to the overall growth of Hostme’s property portfolio.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, real estate, partnerships, or customer relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making phone calls and meeting property owners in person.
• Organised, motivated and target‑driven.
• Proficiency in Arabic and French.
• Interest in real estate, tourism, or digital platforms.
• Driving licence is a plus.
