Project Manager - IT Transitions

About the role

Concentrix is looking for a Project Manager in its Information Technology and Global Security team. You will be accountable for the successful client IT transitions and internal IT initiatives, managing projects from initiation through closure and handover to business and IT operations. The role covers end-to-end delivery of technology transition projects for an assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery and plan and execute technology transition projects within agreed scope, timeline and budget.
• Maintain project plans, communication plans, documentation, governance and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and guide project teams, workstream leads and subject matter experts.
• Monitor budget, risks and quality, including spend, risks, issues and contingency actions, in line with Concentrix project management standards.
• Support regional technology transitions and enable successful delivery of transition projects for an assigned region.

Required profile

• Bilingual and client-focused, fluent in English and French with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Qualified in project management; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, risks, budgets, costs and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Able to lead complex project environments and resolve conflicts and influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Project management certification such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in delivery and risk control.
