Program Manager II

About the role

FIS is seeking a Program Manager II to partner with the Director in coordinating and delivering key programs, projects, and operational initiatives across its fintech portfolio. The role provides structure, visibility, and governance for multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment with product, technology, operations, sales, and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal delivery teams to track progress and follow up on commitments.
• Prepare program status reports, management updates, meeting materials, and presentations.
• Help track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
• Facilitate meetings, document actions and decisions, and ensure follow‑through.
• Assist with governance activities and adherence to FIS PMO standards.
• Provide the Director with visibility into status and emerging issues across multiple workstreams.
• Support special projects and operational activities as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Experience managing large, client‑facing programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work during US business hours on a regular basis.
