Production Trainer

About the role

LEONI, a global supplier of complex wiring systems and customer-specific cable harnesses for the automotive industry, is hiring a Production Trainer in Tunis. The trainer supports operators through on-the-job training and coaching, keeps their skills up to date and works closely with HR on training updates.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure and document operators' on-the-job training and coaching
• Identify operators' training needs and take part in their evaluation and appraisal
• Support specialist training to keep the skills matrix and employee qualification data current
• Work with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers
• Carry out duties according to the skill matrix
• Provide training following complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes and changes to instructions
• Support the flexibility concept
• Train employees on the workstation required by rotation and monitor their performance in the new workstations for quality and quantity

Required profile

• University degree in any field, or Bac+3 with 1 year of experience, or minimum 3rd secondary school level with 5 years of experience
• French and English
• Social competences: communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, target and result orientation, motivation and resilience, self-organisation, conflict management and teamwork
