Production Support Analyst II

About the role

As a Production Support Analyst II you will support FIS Credit Risk Manager, FIS Risk Analytics Manager and FIS Enterprise Risk Hub applications for global financial clients. You will install release updates, lead SRE projects and act as a key liaison between production systems and internal stakeholder teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own processes and data structures for supported applications.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by clients.
• Perform basic Microsoft Windows administration.
• Perform basic SQL Server administration.
• Provide general troubleshooting for production environments.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Strong analytical mindset with a logical, methodical approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
