Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities in our Sousse facility. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members and line leaders to maintain high engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and workplace regulations.
• Analyze production and quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate production priorities and workforce allocation to satisfy business needs.
• Manage internal and external quality concerns in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Promote safety, environmental responsibility, discipline, and continuous improvement across the shop floor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to monitor, analyze and improve operational KPIs.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing‑related systems.
