Production Shift Leader – Manufacturing

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Production Shift Leader to supervise and coordinate the shift team in its Tunisian facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are met while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the shift unit, meeting defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, plan team activities, and respond to operational requests.
• Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members; monitor and evaluate performance.
• Assess training needs, support professional development, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Implement measures to boost team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or a related role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, and teamwork abilities.
• Proven change‑management, result‑orientation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
