Production Manager TCS

About the role

As a Production Manager TCS you will join the Operations team and report directly to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing production activities to ensure operational efficiency and the achievement of business objectives in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules with relevant departments.
• Organize and oversee production activities across units.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
• Monitor performance, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and manage production teams and front‑line managers.
• Achieve production targets, delivery deadlines and key performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and processes.
• Maintain dashboards and track operational performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to QRQC, LPA audits and 5S standards.
• Manage work‑in‑progress inventory effectively.
• Support and maintain IATF, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
• At least 2 years in a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in team management, including onboarding, training and performance management.
• Legally authorized to work in Tunisia.
