About the role

Enovis is seeking a Production Line Lead to oversee its most complex manufacturing cells, including molding areas. The role blends routine production tasks with highly specialized operations on intricate assemblies, ensuring seamless workflow and top‑tier quality.

Key responsibilities

Manage complex production cells such as molding areas.
Adjust, calibrate, and maintain high‑precision machinery using advanced tools.
Conduct detailed continuity checks and stringent quality inspections.
Apply deep knowledge of complex assembly processes to solve production challenges.
Identify and implement process improvements with substantial independence.

Required profile

2‑4 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to work independently and drive process enhancements.
Strong problem‑solving capabilities in a production setting.
