Production Inspector – Assembly Area

About the role
LEONI is seeking a Production Inspector to work in its Tunis production facility. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and process compliance within the assembly area.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all checks defined in the Quality Control plan and record required data.
- Identify non‑conforming products using the "red card" process and provide feedback to the line and WPA.
- Inspect 5S/housekeeping application and verify that operators are qualified according to the skills matrix.
- Validate error‑proofing conformity, assembly aid tool availability, and completion of the packing process.
- Audit final harness inspection in line with the QM plan and additional care points.
Required profile
- University degree (any branch) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong social competences such as communication, teamwork, conflict management and resilience.
