Product Technical Support Analyst

About the role

FIS is looking for a Product Technical Support Analyst to join its Valdi client‑support team in Tunisia. You will be the first point of contact for global clients using Valdi’s multi‑asset trading solutions, handling inquiries and incidents across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, assess and resolve client requests submitted via email, phone, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and debug both front‑end and back‑end components of Valdi applications.
• Collaborate with Operations, Client Services Managers, development and support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate resources across departments and contribute to process‑automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and handle shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience working in local and distributed teams.

Required skills

• Linux operating system.
• Shell scripting.
• Network protocols such as FTP, SSH and TCP/IP.
• Understanding of client/server application models and API concepts.
