Product Marketing, Launch & Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing, Launch & Project Manager to drive the commercial success of new product introductions. This marketing‑first, execution‑driven role focuses on defining what we launch, why it matters, who it serves, and how it sells, while coordinating across marketing, operations, R&D, QA, and supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define product‑market fit, ideal customer profile and differentiation for each new SKU.
• Create comprehensive product briefs covering price, cost, margin, claims, packaging, and channel strategy.
• Own the end‑to‑end product development and launch timeline, breaking it into clear milestones such as brief validation, packaging development, costing, pilot, QA/regulatory sign‑off and launch readiness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including formulation/R&D, marketing, operations, supply chain, procurement and QA.
• Run weekly product and launch meetings, identify risks and blockers, and resolve them proactively.
• Manage product naming, front‑of‑pack messaging and ensure compliant, conversion‑driven packaging.
• Develop detailed launch plans, align inventory and demand forecasts, and support marketing assets such as PDP content, paid media, email/SMS flows and influencer/PR activities.
• Track post‑launch performance metrics and optimize future launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing and launch management.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent analytical skills to conduct competitive and trend analysis.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on scope control and risk mitigation.
