About the role
Enovis is seeking a Product Development Engineer to drive the creation and enhancement of medical technology solutions. The role involves turning research discoveries into market‑ready products and guiding them through the full product life‑cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and evaluate new product concepts and enhancements.
- Lead planning, tracking, and execution of product life‑cycle phases from inception to market launch.
- Assess product ideas for customer need alignment, revenue potential, and market share impact.
- Define product specifications and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Apply engineering principles to resolve moderate‑scope technical issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant product development experience.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and follow general instructions for routine tasks.
