Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will develop and implement company‑wide procurement processes, ensuring availability, cost‑effectiveness and user satisfaction. You will act as the main interface between end‑users, internal departments and IT suppliers, supporting the full procurement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise end‑users and departments in planning procurements and onboarding suppliers.
• Manage supplier and procurement portals and guide users in their use.
• Oversee the purchase order process from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with accounting procedures.
• Maintain the central contract and license management system, inventorying assets such as licenses and contracts.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and handle requests via the IT service management system.
• Identify workflow improvements, update procedures and documentation related to procurement systems.
• Lead special projects, including implementation and coordination of program components.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a buyer or procurement administrator.
• Experience with commercial contracts at a corporate level is a plus; IT procurement experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (MS Office Suite).
• Ability to quickly learn software solutions and contract‑management tools.
