Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Scatec is looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to support the delivery of renewable energy projects in Tunisia. You will act as a bridge between project teams, suppliers and customs authorities, ensuring that goods and services are sourced, shipped and received on time and in compliance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor onboarding, RFPs, bid evaluations and contract administration.
• Maintain logistics schedules and delivery plans to support project execution.
• Manage customs and importation documentation for project deliveries in Tunisia.
• Track supplier deliveries and align logistics activities with project needs.
• Review invoices against contracts, purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Prepare local purchase orders and oversee local procurement processes.
• Ensure completion and handover of project documentation, warranties and spare parts to Operations & Maintenance teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and logistics processes and operating systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics or supply‑chain coordination.
• Experience with procurement operating systems and ERP solutions such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of logistics, customs and importation processes in Tunisia.
